V-day is just round the corner….ummm but to be honest i have never really celebrated it with my hun….(never really believed in having just one day to celebrate the spirit of love…cliche i know!).

I am a true romantic at heart, and my hubby is just the opposite. So i always think twice before demonstrating my love in form of letters or crafty stuff lest it sounds mushy…But this time around, i just felt like going out of my way for my witty guy, my super-hero (who has a mind-blowing sense of humor, but is difficult to please)! And i wanted to do this for the simple reason that ever since the birth of our baby boy, my life has shifted its focus from my hubby to my baby. So i thought this is a perfect occasion to reiterate my feelings and let him know that he still means the world to me…that he is the best hubby and best the daddy ever!

I decided to make these super quick love coupons with whatever crafty material i had at home. I used several white envelopes and hand-wrote love quotes on them. Later I inserted coupons (some heart shaped, others just rectangular) in the envelopes. Each coupon has a special gift / prize for my Valentine which he can redeem whenever he wants to in 2014! So here’s the final product, hope you guys feel oh-so-lovey-dovey seeing these 😉 (just kidding!)
